Plot Summary:  Allison and Monica are running a fitness boot camp.  Get it shape or else!  The big guy has signed up to lose a little weight around the middle, but when he starts slowing down on the exercises the girls "kick-in" with some motivational encouragement.  Toward the end the give up on all pretext of aerobics- they are having way too much fun just kicking his balls!
