Plot Summary:  Joanna confronts her neighbor on the street in front of her house.  He has been staring and leering at her lately.  Obviously he wants some.  So she decides to give him some ... pain!  She rockets a knee into his balls that sends him crashing to the ground and then moves in from there with punches and kicks, reminding him what can happen when he doesn't treat a neighbor with the respect she deserves!
