Plot Summary:  Liz is trying to relax after work when she is yanked back to reality by her idiot neighbor banging on the drums next door.  She can't even hear her own television and on top of that, the guy absolutely sucks as a drummer.  Liz is forced into doing her own kick drum solo on the guys balls to get him to shut up!  If that ever happens again, his nuts are going to be applesauce.  Well guess what ... only a couple of days later .....
