Plot Summary:  Monica is taking a quick break for lunch and runs into a local Italian restaurant she used to go to all the time.  They have a daily pasta special that is normally tasty, cheap, and guaranteed to be delivered to your table in 5 minutes or less.  That's exactly what a girl on the go needs.  But that's where things start to fall apart.  The waiter hasn't even looked in her direction, much less brought her a list of the specials.  She is running out of time and needs to get back soon.  Finally she gets his attention and gets a menu, but he doesn't know anything about today's specials, he doesn't seem to know about Italian food at all, and her bottle of water was opened and only half full.  The manager is "out to lunch", so Monica has to take matters into her own hands to teach this "dumb waiter" how to serve properly.  He'll remember her order for the rest of his life!
