Plot Summary:  Phoebe is dressed as a cute red devil and is out checking the neighbors decorations and getting into the Halloween spirit before the big party tonight.  She drops in on her neighbor Al, but much to her surprise, even though he has a pumpkin on his porch with a candle in it, he is totally unprepared.  No candy, no treats.  Well trick-or-treat turns to trick for him.  Phoebe sets him straight on his Halloween etiquette with a few whacks of her devil's pitchfork and some solid groin kicks and nut punches too.  Al is soon begging for a chance to head to the store and get some candies to pass out.  Phoebe comes back a little later to see if he has kept his word, and guess what?  He has more excuses, but she has more tricks up her sleeve and if he can still walk to the store after she is done with his balls, it will be a miracle!
