Plot Summary:  Phoebe is dressed in her cute Red Devil costume and handing out Halloween candy before the big party.  Suddenly, her neighbor down the street, Al, shows up dressed in a jogging suit and a hat and carrying a garbage bag!  Trick-or-Treat he says, apparently expecting some easy candy to come his way.  No way.  Phoebe knows this guy is too old and too big to be out begging for candy and taking it from the mouths of little children.  She decides to teach him a lesson and gives him a "trick" instead of a "treat".  Her trick involves a few quick knees to the nuts and some swift kicks too.  Then she knocks him to the ground for some solid groin grinding under her cute high heels.  I think his trick-or-treat days are over!
